FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To register, simply visit the Excelerate website, then click 'Purchase Ticket' to buy an in-person ticket or ‘Register Now’ to sign up for the free Livestream portion of the event. You will then be prompted to complete the registration process. If you selected 'Purchase Ticket', you will need to insert your payment details as part of the registration process. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation message as well as an email, which contains a copy of your receipt.

Only the in-person conference will have CPE/CPD credit opportunities. CPE/CPD credits for eligible in-person participants will be distributed within 30 days after the final day of the event.
All of the recordings from the Main Stage sessions will be available to watch on the Vena YouTube channel following the event.
Vena will livestream the content taking place on the main stage throughout Vena YouTube Channel. More information on how to join the livestream sessions will be available closer to the event date.
If you're attending in-person, you would use the same email you purchased your ticket with. The Agenda platform will automatically send you an email containing a "Magic Link" that will allow you to login and sign-up for sessions on the Agenda.
If you are watching virtually, you do not need to sign-in to the Agenda to watch the livestream. For the livestream, the Agenda is only there for your reference when session times begin.
